We' d like to invite you to the first official exhibit at our Lake Oswego location, opening on "First Friday," August 1 (6-9 PM) and running through September 1. In this exhibit, we are pleased to show the work of two artists, interpreting the magic of colors and ancient human secrets - the vibrant paintings of Cristina Acosta and bronze sculptures by J.D. Bump.

Cristina Acosta, from Bend, Oregon, creates beautiful, dynamic paintings which transmit the joy of the moment. Working in a variety of media, she has received national acclaim for her art work and has been featured in national and regional books and magazines. The book which she authored, "Paint Happy," has been widely sold at galleries, art stores and on the internet.

J.D. Bump’s, from Lake Oswego, Oregon
extensive adventure and travel experience includes Africa, Europe, the Indies Islands and remote areas of the Middle East.  Immersing himself in ancient cultures, he has soaked up a diverse range of imagery. His various travels continue to be an essential part of his creative inspirations.

His sculpture, "Bull with Human Figures" won best of show at the Lake Oswego Festival of the Arts in '06.  Sculpted in bronze, it is composed of approximately 185 distinct human figures that took a total of four years to create.

We appreciate your support and hope to see you at our new Lake Oswego location. Soon we'll let you know about the talented artists who will be featured in coming exhibits.

Duck Pond Cellar will host the night with their wonderfull wines.
